CBHI provides and performs for our Clients InterNACHI Certified Home Inspection Services following the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics (please visit Standards of Practice within this site for a full disclosure). Colorado’s Best Homes Inspections, LLC utilizes the most current technology both in the Field and in our Company’s  Administrative Services.  The visual inspection process is supplemented by CBHI’s investment in Certified and Calibrated Equipment and Infrared Technology.  Narrative Computer Generated Reports supplemented with Digital Photographs, preliminary reporting typically within 24 hours of service, Final Reference Hardcopy report provided 5-7 days after final edit is performed mailed to address of your preference.

To ensure that CBHI Services are to our client’s expectations and utmost satisfaction all properties should be “Inspection Ready” meaning that the Electrical Service is on and operating within the home, Gas Service is on and operating within the home and all gas pilot lights are lit, and that Water Service is available and operating within the premise (turn on a faucet and water comes out) so that all plumbing components and fixtures may be operated.

NRPP/NEHA Certified Radon Testing:

• Standard and Analytical Services (visit www.radongas.org to verify Certification)
• Radon Measurement Services pursuant to EPA Standards and Guidelines
• CBHI NRPP/NEHA Certified Radon Testing with Home Inspection Services are performed at time of inspection.  Please keep in mind that CBHI cannot control the subject property/testing environment, therefore, Radon Testing Services are performed and services rendered are paid for not dependent upon testing results.  Radon Testing requires a minimum of 48 hours pursuant to EPA Protocol.  Radon monitor pick-up would follow per the CBHI schedule - Lock Box Required for pick-up.  Radon Testing Results are reported the evening of radon monitor pick-up date.
• Pricing per requested services (in addition to Home Inspection Fee): $150.00 per performed test (Stand Alone Testing Services or Testing with performed Home Inspection); Radon Monitor Pre-Drop Services are available at a fee of $50.00 (in addition to the home inspection fee) per site visit.

Well Inspections with Certified Water Sampling:

CBHI Well Inspection Services with Water Sampling Services are only performed at time of inspection in supplement to performed CBHI Home Inspection Services.   The fee for Well Inspection Services and Water Sampling Services are in addition to the quoted and/or confirmed CBHI Home Inspection fee.
