To ensure the highest quality of Client Service, all calls regarding any aspect of Colorado’s Best Home Inspections, LLC’s performed services should be directed to (303) 988-1895 so that I may kindly respond and provide the attention that you not only need but deserve!

All Clients of Colorado’s Best Home Inspections, LLC are requested to review, execute, and submit an Inspection Agreement (Contract) prior to services performed.  As mentioned, the contract  1)  legally binds our company to you our client and it is your interest in which CBHI serves  2)  the contract  conforms CBHI’s operations protocol to insurance underwriting conditions and CBHI is then fully insured. 3) the Contract limits the liability of CBHI and that is why we would like to send it to you via email prior to services performed for your review and consideration when you would have a quiet moment.

CBHI Service Orders are prepared and followed up with a written quote or service confirmation, all reporting and correspondence is via email, unless the client should instruct otherwise.  All CBHI Home Inspection Agreements contain a Real Estate Agent Hold Harmless Clause.
