Responding to Economic Conditions 1^st Quarter 2009 as related to the Denver Real Estate Market; respecting our past, present, and future Client and Professional Relationships, it was decided that for the  5th year in a row CBHI would not raise our established Home Inspection Fees (as per the CBHI pricing matrix).

Consistency of performance and pricing is a key factor in CBHI’s continued achievement of service excellence and efforts to be a successful leader in our industry and Real Estate Community while providing our Clients with the BEST home inspection services possible.  Colorado's Best Home Inspections, LLC will always strive to provide a level and quality of service worthy of our Client’s recommendation.

Responding to economic conditions 1^st Quarter 2009, in 2^nd Quarter 2009 CBHI did create, implement, and initiate a Client Gifting Program designed to help our clients pursue and achieve their personal goals of homeownership.

Services Offered

 Gifted Services cannot be combined with any other service program or considerations

CBHI Home Inspection Services - Detached Single Family Dwellings (SFD's) Only:

$150.00 CBHI NRPP/NEHA Certified Radon Testing Services (1 test per client) @ NO Charge:  $150.00 – $150.00 = $00.00

OR

$150.00 Air-Pressure Testing Services (1 test per client) @ NO CHARGE:  $150.00 - $150.00 = $00.00

OR

-$50.00 Cash Reduction to Home Inspection Fee - Client Opt-Out Courtesy Consideration applied to Home Inspection Fee if in the event client decides NOT to receive gifted Radon Testing or Air-Pressure Testing services per the CBHI Economic Stimulus Client Gifting Program 2010 (Capped Minimum Home Inspection Fee of $300.00) 

CBHI Home Inspection Services - Town Homes and Condominiums Only:

$150.00 Air-Pressure Testing Services (1 test per client) @ NO CHARGE:  $150.00 - $150.00 = $00.00

Terms and Conditions of 2010 CBHI Economic Stimulus Gifting Program:

• CBHI will respond to the selection of gifted services as per the instructions of the client and/or their representing Real Estate Professional, CBHI will respond to request of needed services stated as "gifted" to the client under the terms and conditions of the CBHI Inspection Agreement/Contract
• Gifted Services cannot be combined with any other service program, courtesy considerations and/or discounts 
• Program administration/continuance/management is by the sole discretion of CBHI, it’s management and ownership
• Program mileage parameters is a 50 mile radius from CBHI’s Lakewood Office 1267 S. Wright Ct., Lakewood, Colorado 80228 (increased to 50 miles from 30)
• CBHI reserves the right to verify and confirm provided property information with data available via published public records such as but not limited to Total Square Footage of the property - Finished and Unfinished and adjust Home Inspection Fees accordingly per established CBHI pricing matrix   
• Radon monitor drops and pickups via lock box access according to the CBHI schedule, CBHI availability
• Services performed only if CBHI decides ready accessibility to the properties is possible - subject but not limited to adverse weather conditions, lack of access instructions/lock box information, and/or as CBHI deems accessible
• Radon Testing Results will be reported via email the evening of radon monitor pickup date.
• Gifting Program does not include $50.00 Radon Monitor Pre-drop Fees and or $50.00 Site Revisit Fee
• Gifted Service if requested at site will be by amendment of Client Inspection Agreement
• Gifted Services only applicable in supplement to Home Inspection Services performed by Colorado's Best Home Inspections, LLC (CBHI) 
• CBHI Clients will be awarded 1 (one) gifted service as quoted above per business Quarter 2010 as approved by CBHI Management/Ownership
