CERTIFIED AND INSURED TO INSPECT UP TO 15 STORIES: CBHI Owner, James Krumm , Certified Master Inspector, Commercial Inspector; ITA Trained, qualified, and fully insured and bonded to inspect Commercial Properties/Building Structures up to 15 Stories; and the operating systems, elements, and components servicing such property.
CBHI's services are tailored and designed to accommodate our client's desired needs to meet needed due diligence and contractural timelines. Complimentary site visits are available upon request so that onsite oberservation may be obtained prior to services performed to determine the scope of the inspection services needed and required. Proposals are available for review and consideration; upon the client's decision and approval, a contract is finalized for a confirmed date/time of service to perform a professional inspection and deliver a high quality Narrative Inspection Report supplemented with digital photographs.
The intent of the Commercial Inspection/Property Condition Assessment will be to provide you with helpful information on the condition of the premise known as the subject property, for your decision making and prioritization the conditions identified in need of correction and/or repair to support your due diligence efforts regarding the property you are considering to purchase, sell, rent, or rehabilitate.
